Dr. Jatia Writghten awarded grant from the American Political Science Association to study Black women in leadership in US state legislatures

Dr. Wrighten was awarded a grant from the Edward Artinian Fund for Publishing from The American Political Science Association to write her book entitled, Loving Us Through Lifting Others: Black Women, Heavy Lifting, and Leadership.
